Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mirkan. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 7–18 business days after your order has been processed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, customs clearance, local carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. If free shipping is available for your order, it will also be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment. Temporary gaps between tracking updates do not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at sdwb8447@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and delivered at different times. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you will not be charged additional shipping fees for the separate packages.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Mirkan does not control customs charges or customs-processing times.
Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please review the tracking information first.
You may then contact us at sdwb8447@outlook.com with your order number so we can help investigate the shipment.
Orders that remain in transit because of carrier or customs delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that your package may be lost, contact us at sdwb8447@outlook.com.
We will review the shipment information and, when appropriate, open an investigation with the shipping carrier. A replacement, refund, or other resolution will be provided based on the investigation and the circumstances of the order.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location and any secure areas.
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.
- Contact the local delivery carrier.
- Contact us if the package remains missing.
Mirkan is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will provide reasonable assistance with a carrier investigation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at sdwb8447@outlook.com and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or videos of the item and packaging
We will review the information and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refused or Returned Packages
Packages returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to collect may require an additional shipping fee before they can be resent.
If a refund is approved, shipping and return costs incurred may be deducted where permitted by law.
